What's new in Softr

Using Airtable with Softr today? Nothing changes unless you want it to. When you're ready to bring everything into Softr, go to Migrate from Airtable in your dashboard sidebar.

Import base brings your Airtable data and automations into Softr Database.

Migrate app copies your current app and connects the copy to Softr Database, so you can test it before you switch.

You can now group the records in your tables. Click Group in the toolbar, pick a field, and add up to 3 levels.

Each group shows how many records it has. You can collapse or expand groups one at a time, or all at once.

See which workflows are using your credits. Go to Settings > Plan & billing and click Usage history on the Workflows card.

You'll see runs, steps and credits for each workflow over the last 90 days, plus when your credits reset and whether you're on track to last until then.

You can now turn on in-app notifications for your Softr apps by going to Users > Notifications.

Your users will see a notification inbox in the app's nav menu, so they never miss an update that matters to them — comments, mentions, or custom notifications you send via Softr Workflows!

You can now share your Softr Database, or a specific view of it, with a public read-only link. You can also embed it on an external site.

As a follow-up to workspace teams, we've now also added Folders – available on all plans!

P.S. Unlike teams, folders don't have permissions attached to them. They're purely for organizational purposes.

Softr is now listed as an official connector on Claude & ChatGPT.
